Who we are

Formed in 2015 by , Steph Thompson. Cesca HR was set up to help enable the small to medium enterprise better manage their most precious resource, their staff, giving you more time to able to focus more on the customer. with 25 plus years of HR experience, working in large and small institutions, covering the majority of HR aspects.

In 2017 Andy Thompson came on board to deliver bespoke Management Training. A qualified Teacher and Manager with with 15 years experience delivering in both Further and Higher Education.

Cesca HR works in partnership with managers and their teams, with individual employees, and with other groups to provide programs and services that create a work environment of employee empowerment and involvement in the business.
